The hire rate for the villa starts from £575 per week with hires normally starting on a Saturday. This cost is inclusive of all services with the exception of the cost of heating the pool for winter guests. The additional cost for pool heating is £50 per week.
A deposit of 20% is required with confirmation of the booking with the balance plus a £200 refundable security deposit payable a minimum of 8 weeks before departure.
